Warmup with face pulls for 5 sets of 15. New PR: 82.5kg for 5 reps. 5 reps with 65kg, 3 reps with 72.5kg. 5 sets of behind the neck press, 4 sets of 60kg, 1 set of 65kg. Laterals with 15kg for 5 sets of 15. Rear cable delts 3 sets of 20 with 6.5. Shag. 2 hours of sleep, but a PR! :)
