Legs day. Cycle 1

5/3/1. Added more volume via the warmup. did 3 sets with bar, 2 sets with 60,80, 1 set of 5 with 90,100,9reps with 125kg. 5 sets of 10 with 87.5kg. 5 sets of 20 of hamstring curls.
