Deadlift session

First session since like forever. Decided to stick to 5*5 to get some volume back and fix my form. Had Sashti and Nat video me. Seems to be better but weight wise is light. We shall see how things go.

Deadlift
60 * 10 * 2
100 * 5 * 3
120 * 5 * 5

Snatch grip dl
100 * 5 * 5/6. Can't recall. Anyway more is better.

Snatch grip back extension 
60 * 8 * 5 

Pullups (dead stop)
5 * 5 

Start light. Consistency is key.
