Need to build back my deadlift. Somehow strength dropped.
Squat
160 * 1/2/2 (failed 170 * 1... Wtf..)
140 for 1/2/2 pause reps
Did some walk out with 180kg for 15s. Shit feels heavy after deadlifts.
