Deadlift speed work.

145*3 (working weight)*8sets

Deadlift off 4" block
105*12*3sets

SSB oly squat (can go deeper)
90,100,105*8*3sets

Barbell shrugs
100,120*12*3sets in total

Back raises
50 reps (I break it down due to my hamstrings cramping but I never get off the machine, 25,10,5,5,5)

Cat back rows (using cable machine)
Stack*15*4sets (last set Aiteng on top, 12,5 with stack)
