Bench. Cube week 2.

Warmup.
2 rounds of 15 push-ups, band pull aparts and band push downs.

Db incline press
30kg DBs * 19,16 (dropset to 20kg + 8 reps)

Close grip bench
75kg * 12
70kg * 12 * 2 (Cube emphasizes on hitting the rep so lowered the weights)

Triceps rope pushdown
16.5 * 100

Press
40,45,50 * 12

Band flyes
15 * 3

Bicep work
20kg bicep curls * 15 * 3
15kg hammer curl to failure with dropsets
Band bicep curls


Chest day is relatively easy. Shall see how on the heavy bench/explosive day if weight can be increased.
